Siamo alla ricerca di una persona per ricoprire il ruolo di Project Manager & Business Analyst Middle a gestione/supporto di iniziative progettuali nell’ambito della Logistica, dei Trasporti e della Supply Chain.Job profileLa persona selezionata si occuperà di:Attività di Project Management relativamente ai progetti che gli saranno assegnatiAnalisi dei processi delle aziende clienti, definizione dei requisiti funzionali, attività di business process reengineering e supporto alla progettazione di soluzioni innovative di digital supply chain managementInterfaccia con il team di sviluppo per la traduzione in attività di configurazione delle soluzioni MILOS / specifiche tecniche evolutive rispetto alla roadmap definita dei prodottiCompetenze ed esperienzeLaurea in Ingegneria, Ingegneria Gestionale o in Economia o affiniEsperienza tra i 4 e 10 anni nella gestione di progettiConoscenza delle metodologie di project managementFamiliarità con leologie di analisi di processi (e strumenti di BPR/BPM)Esperienza in società di consulenza nella gestione di progetti, possibilmente in ambito logistico e trasportiBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseSpiccato orientamento al problem solvingOttima capacità di lavorare in teamSaranno considerate un plus certificazioni come PMP o PRINCE2Cosa offriamoCoinvolgimento in progetti innovativi nell’ambito della logistica, dei trasporti e della supply chain.Ambiente di lavoro giovane, internazionale ed inclusivoFlessibilità oraria e smart workingRiconoscimento dei risultati individualiPossibilità di crescita professionale in una realtà in continua espansioneAttività di formazionePossibile sede di lavoroGenova#J-18808-Ljbffr
