Descrizione del lavoro Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing ricerca una nuova risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Laboratory Manager all’interno del team microbiologico della divisione medical devices. Il laboratorio svolge prevalentemente servizi di prova e servizi di controllo qualità su prodotti e studi su sostanze. È specializzato nell’esecuzione di convalide e controlli microbiologici (bioburden, sterilità, LAL test, TYMC, TAMC, ricerca patogeni e challenge), studi di definizione della dose di sterilizzazione, studi di permeabilità, microbial ingress test. Responsibilities Pianificare le attività sperimentali e curarne lo svolgimento nel rispetto della documentazione applicabile (normative, SOP e metodi di prova). Pianificare e organizzare le attività svolte dal laboratorio, nonché coordinare direttamente le risorse coinvolte nella gestione di prove, controlli e studi del laboratorio, nel rispetto delle politiche e delle procedure aziendali. Sviluppare le competenze del laboratorio attraverso la formazione e l’addestramento del personale e lo sviluppo di nuove metodiche, nel rispetto del Sistema Qualità. Prendere parte a studi di fattibilità su richiesta dei clienti, interfacciarsi a questi tramite call / meeting in affiancamento al team sales. Controllare periodicamente gli indici di produttività e di qualità del laboratorio adottando e proponendo eventuali azioni correttive. Promuovere, documentare e mantenere attive all’interno del Sistema Qualità le procedure necessarie per assicurare che il servizio sia conforme ai requisiti specificati. Garantire la riservatezza e confidenzialità dei dati in particolare per quanto concerne i dati dei clienti. Controllare che vengano rispettate le procedure le normative e le indicazioni in materia di sicurezza all'interno del Laboratorio. Qualifications 5-6 anni di esperienza all’interno di un laboratorio microbiologico con le tecniche sopra citate. Esperienza pregressa nella gestione del personale. Esperienza pregressa in ambito regolatorio (GXP / ISO 17025). Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di studi di fattibilità. Conoscenza della lingua inglese è essenziale. Doti comunicative e pregressa esperienza nel rapportarsi con clienti. Organizzazione e precisione. Disponibilità ai turni nel weekend (alternanza lun-ven, mart-sab, su giornata). Preferibile domicilio su territorio Milanese. Additional Information Orario Flessibile. Ticket Restaurant 8€ / giorno. Smart working (1 volta a settimana). Accesso a svariati corsi di formazione.
