Our customer is a leading European provider of IT business solutions with more than 100 independent business units delivering products and services to specific vertical markets.
We are seeking a Business Controller to join the Finance team, supporting management in financial and economic management and contributing to the achievement of business unit objectives.
Main responsibilities :
- Perform financial analyses (including ad hoc) to support decision-making and advise management;
- Oversee monthly IFRS financial reporting for several BUs;
- Prepare, define, and discuss monthly profit and loss and balance sheet forecasts with local management;
- Develop and implement management information systems;
- Identify themes for insights and best practices sharing with stakeholders;
- Advise on transactional finance processes and optimize working capital;
- Contribute to the rapid and careful financial integration of acquisitions.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in similar roles or in Transaction Services;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or Business Administration;
- Knowledge of financial and administrative processes;
- Mandatory knowledge of Ita Gaap and IFRS;
- Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level);
- Understanding of business processes in services, administration, and business operations.
Working location : Rome, with the possibility of remote work (up to 50%).
