KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.Specifically, when you join our Finance & Performance Management team, you will have the opportunity to work on finance transformation projects, redesigning the control, planning and reporting models of leading companies.You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects. You will work with colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review of designs and processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms.Specifically, you will be tasked with:redefining the business performance management strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO in the redesign of the performance model;analysing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions;designing IT solutions for financial and business processes and assisting during the implementation stage, working with the main EPM tool suppliers on the market (Tagetik);implementing and configuring software solutions for consolidation, e.g., Oracle, FCCS, Narrative Reporting and
