Financial Reporting & Planning Specialist - Compagnia Assicurativa Posizione presso Jobbit, azienda leader nel settore assicurativo, sede Milano centro. Il ruolo coprirà tre aree fondamentali: Reporting e Controllo di Gestione Aggiornamento della reportistica gestionale (sinistri, marginalità commerciale, analisi tecniche). Analisi dei dati a supporto del management, anche approfondendo aree specifiche del business. Contributo alle attività di pianificazione e budgeting. Collaborazione con le funzioni interne per la lettura delle performance tecniche e operative. Chiusure contabili e bilancio assicurativo Gestione delle chiusure contabili mensili, trimestrali e annuali. Predisposizione del fascicolo di bilancio e supporto alla redazione del bilancio assicurativo. Interfaccia operativa con l'area amministrativa e con il CFO su tematiche contabili. Solvency II, Vigilanza e Riassicurazione Produzione e aggiornamento dei dati Solvency II per la componente interna (pillar 1 & 2 operativi). Raccolta e invio dati alla Vigilanza secondo le scadenze regolamentari. Gestione operativa dei trattati di riassicurazione (dati, contabilizzazioni, flussi informativi). Collaborazione con Funzione Attuariale e Risk Management. Profilo ricercato Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Statistica o discipline affini. 3-6 anni di esperienza in area AFC in compagnie assicurative, società di revisione o consulenza (audit, financial reporting, actuarial/data oriented). Competenze su: chiusure contabili e bilancio assicurativo; reporting gestionale e controllo di gestione; basi di Solvency II e adempimenti verso la Vigilanza; gestione dati e logiche di analisi; preferibile conoscenza dei trattati di riassicurazione. Forte orientamento numerico e data‑driven mindset. Attitudine a ruoli operativi con attenzione al dettaglio. Capacità di apprendere rapidamente nuove normative e processi. Proattività e disponibilità a crescere in un team in evoluzione. Compagnia assicurativa con sede a Milano centro, in fase di potenziamento della Funzione Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo.
