Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.). Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree or higher, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick, accurate decisions and implement effective solutions in complex or urgent situations. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, team collaboration, willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
