The role manages financial needs including tax and financial strategy, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting, financial risk management, accounting, treasury, financing, investing and capital management.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day work with senior teams to grow the businesses formulating long term strategies and plans. Sets the financial direction for the organization.Lead creation of periodic reporting, audit and tax advisers, financial institutions and governmental authorities.Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and team members.Lead interface with outside audit and tax advisors, financial institutions, vendors, and governmental authorities.Lead strategy to attract, retain and develop associates with a focus on key team members for the organization.Develop talent to maximize effort and contribution and provide recognition and/or redirection as necessary.Fulfil the Governance and Corporate requirements and precisely: ensure the respect of all civil and tax accomplishments; prepare all documents in due time to respect the deadline provided by the Italian Civic Law; review and edit with local CPA balance sheet, profit and loss account, the notes to the financial statements; preparing and reviewing with CPA consultant Financial Statement package for the approval of BoDs; Board of Director’s resolution to approve the Financial Statement.Support the processes surrounding the organization’s overall cash management. This includes maintaining banking relationships about outstanding debt, including the negotiation of new debt, identifying financial opportunities, company's banking and borrowing arrangements.Provide leadership across the company’s M&A activities from initial evaluation through deal execution to post-deal integration activities.Analyze and document current processes within the Accounting Department and the company in general. Ensure proper internal controls are in place to protect company assets. Work to improve inefficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.Qualification/RequirementsBachelor Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration is required.Professional experience of 7-8 years in the same position in well-structured organizations.
