Seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the 2026 season (April‑October). The role involves working in a young, dynamic team to deliver a personalised, high‑quality experience to guests. Responsabilità Accoglienza ed assistenza della clientela durante il servizio Coadiuvare il restaurant manager nella gestione della brigata di sala in termini di rota, ruoli assegnati e mobilità interna Gestione delle attrezzature in dotazione per il servizio e requisition all’ufficio acquisti Accoglimento e gestione di complains da parte della clientela e confronto con il management in merito Monitoraggio operativo della corretta applicazione degli alti standard di servizio (SLH) da parte della brigata ed organizzazione di momenti di training in merito Sostituisce il restaurant manager nei riposi settimanali Profilo ideale Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo in contesti similari (hotel di lusso o alta ristorazione) Buona conoscenza degli Standard di servizio e qualità relativi all’hotellerie di lusso Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali Professionalità, flessibilità e orientamento al cliente Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua sarà considerata un plus Auto/moto munito con residenza nelle zone limitrofe Si offre Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale Eventuale vitto e alloggio per i dipendenti fuori sede Uniforme aziendale e lavanderia divise a carico dell’azienda Training e Formazione per soft skills, standard di servizio e qualità internazionali (SLH) Staff Rate dedicata nelle strutture della compagnia Rcollection Staff Rate dedicate negli Hotels Small Luxury Hotels of the World #J-18808-Ljbffr
