**ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER**:
Il Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort 5*, struttura iconica che affaccia sul golfo di Portofino, parte di Small Luxury Hotels of the World, seleziona per la stagione estiva Aprile -Ottobre 2025 una risorsa in qualità di Assistant Restaurant Manager, che entrerà a far parte di un team giovane e dinamico.
Si cerca un profilo professionale, che sappia offrire alti livelli di servizio agli ospiti in un’atmosfera accogliente e contemporanea rispettando la loro privacy ed anticipando le loro necessità.
**RESPONSABILITA'**:
Accoglienza ed assistenza della clientela durante il servizio
Coadiuva il restaurant manager nella gestione della brigata di sala in termini di rota, ruoli assegnati e mobilità interna
Gestione delle attrezzature in dotazione per il servizio e requisition all’ufficio acquisti
Accoglimento e gestione complains da parte della clientela e confronto con il management in merito
Monitoraggio operativo della corretta applicazione degli alti standard di servizio (LQA) da parte della brigata ed organizzazione di momenti di training in merito
Sostituisce il restaurant manager nei riposi settimanali
**REQUISITI**:
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo in contesti similari (hotel di lusso o alta ristorazione);
Buona conoscenza degli Standard LQA;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di un’ulteriore lingua straniera costituirà un plus.
