Today, more than 140,000 businesses , from lean SMBs to global enterprises, rely on our tools every day.VP Sales – Enterprise to build and lead the next phase of our enterprise go-to-market engine — designing scalable playbooks, driving pipeline generation, and directly contributing to the closure of high-value deals (ACV €50K+).About the Role This is astrategic and hands-on leadership roleat the intersection of sales excellence, commercial strategy, and business unit growth.You’ll work closely withfounders, BU leaders, and GTM teamsto develop repeatable enterprise sales models, accelerate revenue post-acquisition, and expand our footprint with mid-market and enterprise clients globally .What You’ll Do Build and scale enterprise sales playbooks — segmentation, value proposition, qualification, and closing frameworks.Lead and coach AE teams and founders on enterprise sales, negotiation, and multi-stakeholder management.Personally support and close strategic enterprise deals (€50K–€250K+ ACV) as aplayer-coach.Partner with BU leaders to align GTM motions with product positioning, pricing, and expansion strategies.Collaborate with marketing, AI, and customer successto drive predictable, high-quality lead generation.Design and track sales performance metrics — dashboards, review cadences, and continuous improvement.Standardize enterprise GTM operations post-acquisition, aligning new teams with Shop Circle standards.What You’ll Bring 8+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, including leadership of AE or regional teams.Proven track record of closingcomplex, multi-stakeholder deals (€50K+ ACV).Expertise in building and institutionalizing enterprise sales playbooks across multiple products or markets.Strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to balance execution and vision.Strong communication and influencing skills with C-level clientsand internal stakeholders.Experience in multi-product, post-acquisition, or platform environments is a strong plus.Hands-on leadership style : able to close deals and coach teams to replicate success.Why Join Shop Circle Shape and lead enterprise GTM strategy across one of Europe’s fastest-growing software groups.Work directly with founders and senior leadership to build the commercial backbone of our next growth phase.Join a high-performance, AI-native environment backed by top-tier investors.Competitive compensation package with strong performance upside and equity participation.Ready to join us?
