We are looking for a Business Manager to VP of Corporate Cloud Sales to support members of the Corporate Cloud Sales team and to join our mission in creating a #CyberFit future. As the Business Manager to the Vice President of Corporate Cloud Sales, you’ll be at the centre of fast‑paced activity, using your superior organisational, project, and time‑management skills. It is critical that you use discretion and confidentiality working with sensitive information and key stakeholders across the organisation. The ideal candidate is a master of planning, has the ability to anticipate needs, incredible attention to detail, and flawless execution of multiple priorities. Acronis is truly a global organisation, so it is important you enjoy working in dynamic, diverse environments.What You’ll DoPerformance ManagementBe responsible for the Overall Performance of all team members with respect to the goals/KPIs set for themMonitor and Maintain SFDC Hygiene including tracking logged activitiesMonitor all tools used by team like Mighty Call, partner portal for permissions and usabilityMonitor team productivity for example chat/Email/calls handled/presentations to partnersMonitor and track closed lost reasons, churn reasonsEnsure that incoming volume including but not limited to chats, Emails, leads, Partner Care cases are handled within SLARegularly conduct variation management to constantly standardise the performance of the team by reducing variation in performance levels between individual team membersProactively inform higher management on any abnormal swings in performance, prioritise tasks shared by direct manager/functional leader and close the loop on them proactivelyRelationship Management & People DevelopmentAct as bridge between the team and other departments to constantly align team against business goals and direction of the organisationAttend assigned number of calls with partners and end customers in order to understand their needsCoordinate with cross‑functional teams including Sales Enablement to increase the skills and knowledge levels of the teamPerform regular 1 on 1 with team members to understand their personal and professional aspirations and align them with organisational goalsContinuously communicate metrics/KPIs to the teamRecruit, select, onboard, and train new sales reps, coach individual team members to help them improve sales performanceMinimum 5 coaching sessions per week should be deliveredDeliver deep performance reviews and development plan for each individual rep once or twice per yearIndividual development plan for each team member, who completed 11 months in the role, should be created covering the potential growth areas and career path. It should contain clear action items and milestonesMotivate and engage the sales team with monetary and non‑monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics; issue CIP and PIP plans in line with the organisation’s policy and work towards enabling the team member to successfully come out of such plansFinancial/Revenue ManagementSupervise pipeline of team members to ensure set KPIs with respect to leads created, leads transferred to ISR teams and opportunities closed won are metDrive initiatives aimed at achieving sales targetsForecast, analyse and mitigate risks of missed targetsDevelop sales strategies to acquire new customersAnalyse sales results and develop plans to address gapsParticipate in regular business review meetings or forecast calls; identify areas and ways to promote Acronis cloud usage in the regionAttrition ManagementPerform regular attrition analysis to keep it under check. Highlight any probable attrition cases proactively to HR and managementConduct regular sales reviews for pipeline and forecasted revenue growth.
