IL NOSTRO CLIENTE E' una realtà leader nel settore dell'automazione industriale , storicamente eccellente nella manipolazione pneumatica e meccanica che sta affrontando una fase cruciale di evoluzione tecnologica: l'espansione strategica nel mondo Elettrico e Meccatronico . IL RUOLO PROPOSTO: Inserito nel team Business & Product Development , la risorsa sarà l'anello di congiunzione vitale tra l'R&D, il Product Management e la Rete Vendita Globale. La missione è portare il know-how elettronico/meccatronico in azienda, supportando il lancio di nuovi prodotti (pinze elettriche, attuatori, sistemi di presa robotici) e abilitando la forza vendita a proporli con successo. Le sfide principali: Technical Evangelist: Affiancare la rete vendita (nazionale e internazionale) nelle visite ai clienti strategici, agendo come esperto di materia per risolvere dubbi su programmazione, protocolli di comunicazione e integrazione. Bridge R&D/Mercato: Tradurre le esigenze del cliente in specifiche per l'R&D e, viceversa, testare prototipi e definire i requisiti per prodotti che "anticipano" il mercato. Training & Education: Creare e dispensare formazione tecnica (teorica e pratica) alla forza vendita, ai distributori e ai clienti (System Integrator, OEM), colmando il gap di competenze sull'elettronica. Market Sensing: Raccogliere feedback dal campo per identificare nuove opportunità applicative e guidare la roadmap di prodotto dei prossimi due anni. Performance Monitoring: Analizzare le performance di prodotto e i feedback post-vendita per proporre miglioramenti continui. COSA CERCHIAMO Background Tecnico: Laurea in Ingegneria (Elettrica/Meccatronica) o Diploma tecnico equivalente. Competenze Hard: 3-5 anni di esperienza specifica su componenti elettrici per l'automazione (motion control, servo-sistemi, sensori). Fondamentale la conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione e della programmazione di base per l'integrazione di sistemi. Esperienza: Provenienza dal mondo dell'automazione industriale. Mindset: Curiosità tecnica, capacità di spiegare concetti complessi in modo semplice ("Saper programmare la pinza insieme al cliente"), proattività. Lingue: Ottima conoscenza dell'Inglese (scritto e parlato).
