We promote decarbonization through carbon footprint reduction plans. Job Title Buyer Assistant – Procurement Office. What you will learn Support the organization and update the informatised registers containing supplier and commercial offer data. Assist in updating the documentation of already cited suppliers, ensuring completeness and compliance. Training on the ARCA management system to transform purchase requests into orders. Collaborate in receiving and managing supplier offers: opening, registration, printing, and archiving. Assist buyers in drafting purchase orders and communication with suppliers. Verify completeness of internal purchase requests and resolve discrepancies with business departments. Identify the most suitable suppliers for each product/service category. Support updating supplier profiles and managing document deadlines. Back office and secretarial activities: email management, data entry, document archiving, appointment scheduling. Participate in meeting organization and support daily procurement office activities. Requirements Diploma or degree (preferably in economics, management or related fields). Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel. Interest in procurement and supply chain processes. Precision, organizational spirit, discretion, and teamwork attitude. Basic exposure to ERP systems (we use ARCA). Must be self‑driven: the location is not easily reachable by public transport.
