The team Digital Solutions within Gridspertise is looking for 3 Product Owner in the Metering and Smart Grid Domain. Join us What you will do: As a Product Owner in the Metering and Smart Grid field, you will be responsible for all activities related to:Taking the accountability of the P&L of the product, allocating and managing the economic resources assigned to the vertical to the priority developments/areas;Contributing to the investments approval process, collaborating with the Marketing team to design the product strategy and with the Governance team to elaborate the cost estimation and the execution plan within the investment memos;Facilitating an effective coordination with Marketing, Technology and Operations both in the design of the solution (e.g., functionalities, operational needs) and in the execution of the roadmap (e.g., interdependencies, critical paths), ensuring effectiveness of the products for the client operations (e.g., maximizing the delivery efficiency with rich configuration capabilities);Leading the execution of the product roadmap (functional and technical), being responsible of gathering and refining high level product requirements, leading and coordinating translation in the business use-cases, prioritizing product features and development backlog, collecting and harmonizing the demand coming from the different phases of the product lifecycle and from different stakeholders (Marketing, Client Management, Client Operations teams);Providing guidance and direction to the functional and development team based on product vision, acting as a bridge between business needs and development efforts, being accountable for the product roadmap delivery success in terms of adherence to schedule and cost estimation;Monitoring product development progress, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing updates on the technical and economic progress to the Governance team;Participating in sales and pre-sales activities, as requested by Marketing, both in client-facing activities (e.g., events, pre-sales, conferences) and in analyzing and answering to specific opportunities and tenders;Leading the development of all the necessary materials and tools to support training and implementation of the products and to train the client operations teams (adoption and operations);Leading the organization and management of a product third level help desk to support the geographical operational teams in charge of product adoption and support, assuring the efficiency of the product through corrective maintenance and continuous improvement of the same. Who you are: Master or University degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Business, IT or High-school degree and 14 years working experience for IT companies. Proven experience of 7+ years in product ownership or related roles with team leading experience, and advanced proficiency in English. As Meter Data Management Product Owner in the Metering Domain:Meter Data Management processes and solutions with a specific focus in Electricity data domain; Deep understanding of smart meter technology, including its measurements functionalities, data collection processes and industry standards; Demonstrated knowledge of Gridspertise Meter Data Management solutions. As Mobile Application Product Owner in the Metering Domain:Mobile application processes and solutions with a specific focus in Electricity field management activities; Deep understanding of smart meter technology, including its functionalities, data collection processes, security requirements, and industry standards; Demonstrated knowledge of Gridspertise smart metering technology and its management in field. As Product Owner in the Smart Grid Domain:Knowledges related to energy sector, especially on asset operation, like electrical grid; Knowledges related to remote control and automation; Knowledges about protocols commonly used for the communication device to device and device to systems; Knowledges related to SCADA, OMS, DERMS etc. systems commonly used by DSO; Knowledge related to main difficulties and solutions to operate a grid with high penetration of DERS; Experience on system integration; Experience about TLC networks.Following characteristics are considered a plus:Experience in Software companies in the Smart Grids space; Knowledge of Spanish.
