Ready to change the world of law?Your Key ResponsibilitiesTo fuel our growth, we’re launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent.This is not a classic entry-level role. It’s a fast-track program with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy.You’ll go through 4 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs:3 months – BDR (Business Development Representative)Qualify inbound leads.Learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE.3 months – SDR (Sales Development Representative)Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch.Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.6 months – AE Inbound (Account Executive Inbound)Own inbound deals on our legal segment.Run discovery calls, demos, handle objections and close your first customers.Collaborate closely with senior AEs, Sales Coach and Sales Director on live deals and strategy.6 months – AE Outbound (Account Executive Outbound)Drive outbound deals end-to-end with multiple stakeholders and longer cycles.Contribute to improving scripts, sequences and playbooks as you learn what works.Throughout the program, you will be trained and coached within the Lexroom Sales Academy, with structured modules on:sales methodology (discovery, demo, negotiation, objection handling);pipeline and territory management;use of AI in sales;personal performance, mindset and communication.Those who perform in the top tier will be fast-tracked to mid-market, enterprise or managerial roles.What We’re Looking ForRecent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with a strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI.You’ve consistently been in the top performers of whatever you did (university, sports, projects, work).Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Italian and English.High drive and resilience: you like ambitious targets and don’t get scared by rejection.You learn fast, ask tough questions, and actively look for feedback to get better.You want responsibility early, not a “nice” graduate badge with no real impact.What We Bring to the TableAn Elite Team of Rockstars.At Lexroom.ai, you’ll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in tech and legal AI.
