As a Corporate Relationship Manager, you will be the primary contact for corporate clients, driving business development and managing strategic relationships. You'll work closely with a small, entrepreneurial team in Milan and collaborate with international colleagues across the group to deliver customized banking solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand the corporate client portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Identify client needs and propose tailored financial solutions. Manage credit processes: financial analysis, pricing simulations, term sheets, documentation, and annual reviews. Ensure compliance through KYC/AML checks and transaction monitoring. Support clients with payments, cash management, and bank guarantees. Actively participate in networking and business development initiatives. What we’re looking for Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields. 10-15 years of experience in corporate banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of credit products and client onboarding processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel across Italy and internationally. Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and results orientation.
