Position Summary We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Remote Digital Live Chat Agent to join our funding support team. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for individuals and businesses seeking guidance on our funding programs and financial services. Through our online chat system, you’ll help applicants, clients, and partners get clear, accurate information to confidently move forward in their funding journey. Your professionalism, clarity, and supportive communication style will help people feel informed, reassured, and valued as they navigate their financial options. What You’ll Do: Assist clients by answering questions about our funding solutions, application requirements, eligibility, and general company policies. Provide helpful support with tasks such as account access, document submission guidance, and navigating our online funding portal. Accurately log each interaction to ensure a smooth, consistent experience across our team. Make every individual feel respected, heard, and confident throughout the conversation. Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues efficiently and contribute to ongoing improvements in our support process. What You Should Have: Strong command of grammar, spelling, and a polished professional tone. A clear, customer-first communication style that builds trust and clarity. Fast, accurate typing to keep conversations flowing smoothly. Comfort with basic technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems. Ability to manage multiple chat conversations at once.
