Position Purpose VML Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Producer to join our innovative team. The Senior Event Producer is specialized in event conception, planning and execution. He/She manages the planning and development of events for national and international clients, exploring technologies, storytelling, and educational tools. He/she has specific experience on Live Communication, Show Technologies and Scenography, being able to develop and implement original projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Actively participate in the conception and planning of events (F2F, Virtual, Video production). Face clients in presenting proposals and managing execution. Manage and coordinate activities of internal teams (creative, account, digital) for production and execution purposes. When needed, manage the selection, activation and coordination of external vendors (Tech, builders, filming crew, creatives). Give directions and coordinate sponsor vendors (Tech, builders, filming crew, creatives). Give address and participate in location selection and support site inspections. Participate in budgeting and keep track of budget for vendor aspects under your purview (technical, staging, performance). Coordinate production plan definition activities involving all stakeholders (external suppliers and internal teams). Together with the director, define the event lineup. Manage local coordination of production teams and all people involved (technicians, artists, speakers). Check effectiveness of design elements and participate in event installations. Check that paper documentation, digital design files, and renderings are well organized and maintained. Check that project status and delivery information is communicated to internal teams and clients in a timely manner. Be up-to-date on new technologies and trends in software and design. Define event planning from start to finish based on requirements, target audience, and objectives. Develop and keep track of timelines and production schedule. Education and Experience A degree/master in PR, Event Management, hospitality management or related field is preferred. A degree/master in Architectural, Scenography and 3D design is considered a plus. Experience of 3 years as an Event planning and/or Event Production. Skills Level of English: fluent (International Business) Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of CRM tools will be considered a plus. Knowledge of 3D design and rendering tools together with Creative Design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is requested. Skilled in project management and PM tools. Knowledge of all regulations related to the organization of events. Knowledge of the best technology to support events. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills. A talent for problem solving. Customer service orientation. A team player. Excellent ability to work under pressure and stay focused.
