Construction Project Manager | Utility-Scale Wind €70,000 to €80,000 + Company Car + 20 % Bonus Piper Maddox are exclusively supporting one of Italy's leading IPPs, developing wind and solar projects in Italy since 2003. With an exciting pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar and Agri-PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Construction Project Manager profile to lead these execution projects. With an initial focus on wind projects, the ideal profile has a strong background in project management of wind construction projects in Italy. Experience with land contracts and grid connection is also valued highly. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment. As Construction Project Manager : Conduct pre-feasibility assessments Coordinate with Engineering on design and documentation Manage construction, land, and grid-connection contracts Oversee all technical and administrative pre-construction activities Plan and monitor project schedules and budgets Coordinate contractors, consultants, and authorities Monitor progress and prepare reports Requirements Engineering degree (Civil / Electrical preferred) 3+ years’ experience in renewables Strong knowledge of wind / PV regulations and technologies Ability to manage multiple projects Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability #J-18808-Ljbffr
