Construction Project Manager | Utility-Scale Wind€70,000 to €80,000 + Company Car + 20 % BonusPiper Maddox are exclusively supporting one of Italy's leading IPPs, developing wind and solar projects in Italy since ****.With an exciting pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar and Agri-PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Construction Project Manager profile to lead these execution projects.With an initial focus on wind projects, the ideal profile has a strong background in project management of wind construction projects in Italy.Experience with land contracts and grid connection is also valued highly.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment.As Construction Project Manager :Conduct pre-feasibility assessmentsCoordinate with Engineering on design and documentationManage construction, land, and grid-connection contractsOversee all technical and administrative pre-construction activitiesPlan and monitor project schedules and budgetsCoordinate contractors, consultants, and authoritiesMonitor progress and prepare reportsRequirementsEngineering degree (Civil / Electrical preferred)3+ years' experience in renewablesStrong knowledge of wind / PV regulations and technologiesAbility to manage multiple projectsStrong interpersonal skills and adaptability#J-*****-Ljbffr
