Legal Junior Associate – Regulatory & Public Law Department Green Horse Legal Advisory is the practice arm of Green Horse Advisory, exclusively dedicated to the energy transition, green economy, and sustainability sectors, with a strong focus on renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. With a team of over 30 professionals, we are a recognized leader in Italy's renewable sector, supporting top multinational energy companies, investment funds, project developers, sponsors and other active investors in the energy industry. As a Legal Junior Associate in the Regulatory & Public Law Department, you’ll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on complex regulatory matters, due diligence activities, legal opinions and research related to key industry issues. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with due diligence activities Support the M&A and project finance teams in drafting contractual provisions Draft legal opinions on regulatory and administrative issues Conduct legal research Collaborate with other departments at Green Horse Advisory What We’re Looking For We seek a motivated recent law graduate or someone with up to one year of experience in the matters above, with: Ambition & Tenacity: Driven to achieve, tackle challenges, and continuously improve Precision: Detail-oriented, with an understanding that accuracy is crucial Self-Reliance: Able to navigate new challenges confidently Passion & Commitment: Enthusiastic about solving complex legal matters Advanced English skills Previous international experience—whether academic or professional—is considered a plus What We Offer International Exposure: Collaborate with top experts in the field Advanced Training Opportunities: Monthly Green Horse Academy sessions on emerging industry topics A Voice at the Table: Your ideas and insights will be valued and heard Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Legal #J-18808-Ljbffr
