From farm to table, from lab to patient—trust innovation that protects what matters most.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team and support our Chief Revenue Officer in all commercial and pre‑sales activities.This is a key role for someone who wants to combine analytical thinking, industrial understanding, and customer engagement in an innovative, international environment.This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Cagliari.You will support the CRO in preparing, structuring, and managing sales operations — from prospect analysis to proposal development — ensuring effective coordination between our technical and commercial teams.Over time, you’ll gain direct exposure to customers and develop into a client‑facing role.Key responsibilitiesSupport the CRO in commercial activities and negotiations.Contribute to the identification and profiling of prospects across target markets.Analyze clients’ industrial and logistics processes to understand their needs and constraints.Develop commercial proposals under supervision and ensure timely execution of related tasks.Maintain the sales pipeline and prepare periodic reports.What we’re looking forMaster’s degree in Engineering.At least 2 years of experience in structured industrial environments.Strong command of English.A natural inclination toward commercial and client‑oriented activities.If you’re passionate about innovation, sustainability, and technology applied to real‑world industrial challenges , we’d love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
