Team Leader & Client Coordinator presso Brayton GlobalSiamo alla ricerca di un/una IT Support Specialist con esperienza in ambito networking, da inserire in un team dinamico che supporta infrastrutture critiche.Conoscenza approfondita di Juniper e ServiceNowGradita certificazione CCNA e/o CCIESupporto di 2° e 3° livelloItaliano e Inglese fluenteDisponibilità a reperibilità, trasferte e turniResponsabilitàFornire supporto di livello 2 e 3 per prodotti Juniper e piattaforme implementateCollaborare nella pianificazione delle presenze per le diverse sedi del clusterSupportare il team di livello 1 e gestire problematiche segnalate dal Technical ManagerSegnalare e assegnare i problemi al Technical Operation Centre (TOC) di Milano e seguire la risoluzione da parte del team di supporto localeCollaborare con il team tecnico centrale del TOC, gestendo RCA (Root Cause Analysis) e guidando il team di supporto nell’implementazione delle soluzioniEffettuare interventi on-site ove necessario per assistere, risolvere o implementare soluzioni JNPRSupportare il team di distribuzione nella preparazione e configurazione delle attrezzature da trasferire nelle sediL'attività può essere svolta nelle città di Milano, Cortina, Livigno e Pedrazzo#J-18808-Ljbffr
