Job description

Il Gruppo Nippon Gases Italia, per la sede di Pescara, è alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa da inserire nel team SHE, che ricopra il ruolo di Qualified Person - Safety and Health Environmental Specialist e al contempo, sia membro del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (ASPP) secondo la legge italiana.

Quali saranno nello specifico le responsabilità del ruolo?

  1. Garantire che il sito e i dipendenti lavorino in un ambiente sicuro, controllato e in conformità con le normative locali/regionali in materia di salute e sicurezza ambientale;
  2. Conoscere e attuare le tematiche ai sensi del decreto legislativo 105/2015;
  3. Analizzare la sicurezza dei processi utilizzando le principali tecniche di valutazione dei pericoli (es. HAZOP);
  4. Garantire che gli standard SHE rispettino l'etica e le norme di fronte alle richieste provenienti da Stakeholder interni ed esterni;
  5. Supportare l'SHE Manager garantendo che le tematiche SHE siano gestite correttamente;
  6. Supportare il Responsabile SHE nell'identificazione dei fattori di rischio, nella valutazione dei rischi, nella definizione di misure per la salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro e per minimizzare l'impatto sull'ambiente, nel rispetto delle leggi vigenti e sulla base delle conoscenze specifiche dell'organizzazione degli stabilimenti;
  7. Garantire che le valutazioni dei rischi SHE siano efficaci, aggiornate e comunicate;
  8. Collaborare con le altre funzioni, fornendo loro adeguato supporto tecnico e normativo al fine di definire le misure di prevenzione e protezione da adottare;
  9. Rivedere il processo chimico e seguire lo sviluppo del processo per comprendere quali sono i parametri critici per la sicurezza e l'ambiente.

Nel ruolo di Qualified Person , come previsto dal Dlgs. 219 del 24/04/06, al fine di controllare e firmare i lotti giornalieri dei Gas Medicinali, e di concerto con il responsabile produzione e il responsabile del servizio controllo qualità, dovrà:

  1. Verificare che siano completate le appropriate convalide delle linee produttive e delle metodiche analitiche;

Quali sono i requisiti necessari per questa opportunità professionale?

  1. Laurea in Chimica e tecnologie farmaceutiche o Farmacia e superamento dell'esame di stato. Il decreto (AIFA) di riconoscimento dell'idoneità a ricoprire il ruolo di QP costituisce titolo preferenziale;
  2. Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel controllo ed analisi qualitativa e quantitativa di sostanze attive e di medicinali;
  3. Forti capacità motivazionali e interpersonali. Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione;
  4. Disponibilità a occasionali trasferte, prevalentemente in Italia;
  5. Proattività e spirito di iniziativa;
  6. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
