You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Country Manager in Italy, signing collaborations, expanding accounts, and creating long-term value for some of the largest enterprises in the Italian market. It's not about selling features—it’s about selling vision, transformation, and first‑mover advantage in a space that every enterprise will soon be racing into.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow strategic accounts, building and managing relationships with Wonderful’s enterprise clientsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and decision‑makers to align Wonderful’s products with clients' business goalsDrive product adoption and maximize client success and satisfactionCollaborate with Product & Engineering to help improve our product and shape upcoming featuresTurn customer feedback into product direction, influencing roadmap and solution designExpand Wonderful’s footprint by opening new doors and landing new enterprise customersRequirements3-4 years of Account Management experience in a consumption‑based company, or6+ years of experience in a top‑tier consulting firm, or start‑up, or large software companiesAt least 1 year working in the local marketExceptional communication skills, written and spokenExperience in a startup in a hyper‑growth stage – a big plusFluent in English and ItalianStrong strategic thinking and relationship management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
