SHIFT MANAGERS CERTIFICATI MCDONALD’SLe risorse selezionate saranno inserite presso l’azienda cliente ubicata all’interno dell’Aeroporto di Malpensa (VA).Il punto vendita di inserimento è la nota catena di fast-food McDonald’s.Cosa offriamoOffriamo un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 1 anno direttamente con l’azienda cliente, con l’obiettivo di entrare a fare parte del team a tempo indeterminato.Possibilità di inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato per le risorse con già esperienza nella mansione.L’orario di lavoro è full time di 40h settimanali, dal lunedì alla domenica, su turni distribuiti nella fascia oraria dalle 4.00 alle 22.30.Le risorse verranno inquadrate secondo il CCNL Turismo Pubblici Esercizi, il quale prevede sia tredicesima che quattordicesima mensilità (RAL da €22.000 a €24.000).Possibilità di mangiare presso il punto vendita con una trattenuta mensile di soli €1,71 in busta paga.Parcheggio interno pagato dall’azienda.Descrizione delle mansionisvolge le procedure operative del ristorante, seguendo le indicazioni del direttore e mantenendo costantemente gli standard di sicurezza, igiene e qualità del prodottosupervisiona e coordina tutte le postazioni (Cucina, Cassa, McCafè, Kiosk, Delivery e Magazzino) secondo le direttive ricevute e rispettando le procedure di sicurezza previstegestisce durante il proprio turno di lavoro l’organizzazione del ristorante e delle squadre durante le fasce orarie della giornata e verifica che siano mantenuti gli standard critici per tempi di tenuta del prodotto, velocità e qualità del servizio, qualità del prodotto, igiene e sicurezza del cibosegue la formazione dei nuovi Collaboratori e valuta le loro performance.Quali requisiti chiediamoesperienza continuativa in azienda, specialmente se con qualche tipo di responsabilità o gestione di team di lavoropossesso corsi SLP (Shift Leadership Program) e / o DLP (Department Leadership Program) certificati MCconoscenza del sistema EOTF (Experience of the Future)disponibilità al lavoro straordinario e festivobuone capacità organizzative, predisposizione alla leadership e alla venditaspirito di squadra e attitudine al lavoro in teamnecessario mezzo di trasporto proprioDescrizione AziendaIl nostro cliente è leader nel settore della ristorazione veloce e collettiva, con una forte presenza negli aeroporti, nelle fiere e nei centri direzionali, nonché uno fra i primi operatori nel comparto autostradale.Ambiente di lavoroPotrai contare su un team dedicato e competente, che ti guiderà passo dopo passo nel tuo percorso di crescita professionale.#J-18808-Ljbffr
