Today we have over 120 stores and an international team of more than 1,000 people, with the goal of offering our customers a positive, healthy experience with strong Californian vibes. To support the company's continuous growth, we are looking for a resource to join the Retail team as a Field Training & Standard Specialist. This role will contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational and visual standards for the stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity. Definition and monitoring of brand standards Company uniform (consistency with visual identity and hygiene regulations) Product quality Developing corrective action plans with Area Managers and Store Managers Monitoring HACCP and Food Safety software, resolving any issues Training and staff development Organizing and conducting training sessions on standards and operating procedures Collecting feedback through post-training surveys Collaborating with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify training improvement opportunities Monitoring store performance food delivery performance indicators; Supporting Area Managers in managing: orders and waste monitoring. Supervising the release and correct display of marketing/communication materials in stores Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the operational effectiveness of projects Special projects and innovation Collaborating with the e-learning team for the implementation of the training platform Organizing and managing menu reviews with the Product team and the Brand Standard Manager Experience in the fast-casual/fast-food sector or in managing brand standards and customer experience Attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) Availability for frequent travel
