Vice President – Energy & InfrastructureChaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners, is currently looking for a Vice President with a strong background in Energy and Infrastructure. The role is within a fast‑growing independent financial boutique that offers M&A and Debt Advisory services.ResponsibilitiesExecution management in connection with structuring and execution of M&A and Debt Advisory transactions.Support Partners in coordination of day‑to‑day transaction execution, including client communication and coordination with investors, financial institutions and other advisors.Supervise the execution team (analysts and associates).Lead valuation and cash‑flow modeling, directly or by coordinating junior team members, for M&A transactions and complex infrastructure/project financing.Assist in the overall transaction process: RFPs, NBOs, BOs, due diligence, contract negotiation, drafting debt term sheets and execution of debt structuring.Participate in marketing activities, including pitching and valuation of potential deals.Attend client and investor meetings.Support business development and market analysis of the main sectors related to the division.Contribute to product development of innovative market solutions in coordination with law firms and other advisory and research institutions.Assist management in the international development of the firm.QualificationsOutstanding analytical and financial modelling skills.Prior experience in investment banking, M&A industrial or infrastructure or project finance, an advisory firm or senior management in debt and/or M&A.English proficiency required; French is a plus.Entrepreneurial and result‑oriented attitude.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Enthusiastic, proactive and team oriented.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑Senior.Employment Type: Full‑time.Job Function: Finance.Industries: Investment Management and Investment Advice.Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
