Siamo alla ricerca di un Vice President – M&A. Il candidato avrà un ruolo chiave nell’origination e nell’esecuzione di operazioni di M&A, supportando clienti corporate e fondi in transazioni complesse, sia lato buy-side che sell-side. Coordinerà tutte le fasi del processo, supervisionando il lavoro dei team più junior e contribuendo attivamente allo sviluppo del business.Responsabilità principali :Guidare l’analisi, la strutturazione e l’esecuzione di operazioni di M&A nel mid-market italiano e internazionale.Gestire le relazioni con clienti, controparti e advisor durante tutte le fasi del processo transazionale.Coordinare le attività di due diligence e la negoziazione della documentazione contrattuale.Supervisionare e formare le risorse junior, garantendo qualità e accuratezza dell’esecuzione.Partecipare attivamente all’origination di nuove opportunità, contribuendo alla crescita del portafoglio clienti.Supportare la definizione della strategia commerciale e delle priorità di sviluppo.Requisiti :6–10 anni di esperienza in M&A advisory, investment banking o corporate finance.Esperienza diretta nella gestione di operazioni lato sell-side e buy-side, in diversi settori.Eccellenti competenze tecniche e modellistiche, con padronanza delle principali metodologie valutative.Forte capacità di problem solving, gestione delle priorità e visione strategica.Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative, con esperienza nella gestione diretta del cliente.Attitudine imprenditoriale, proattività e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e ad alta pressione.Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria gestionale o discipline affini;MBA o certificazioni professionali (es.
