We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Finance Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the fields of finance and operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and ready to support the team in managing daily administrative and financial tasks while gaining valuable hands‑on experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in organizing and summarizing monthly invoices to be issued and manage basic invoicing tasks using platforms such as Aruba or Fatture in Cloud. Support the reconciliation of bank statements and assist in monitoring daily cash flow. Handle communications with suppliers via email and phone to manage basic inquiries. Help maintain and update the archive of financial documents and records. Provide administrative support for day‑to‑day financial tasks, such as preparing reports or tracking payments. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal procedures. Learn and assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking. Contribute to the organization of financial data for management review. Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with basic office tools, such as Excel, Google Suite, or similar platforms. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (also suitable for recent graduates or final‑year students). Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong motivation and willingness to learn new skills and tools.
