Posizione Aperta: Advanced Solution Engineer

Sede: Milano, Roma

Descrizione del ruolo: Il candidato ideale è un Esperto CTI con competenze specifiche su Genesys Cloud CX e Genesys Engage.

Cosa offriamo:

Responsabilità principali:

  • Manutenzione e monitoraggio di soluzioni basate su Genesys Cloud e Genesys Engage.
  • Gestione di task di manutenzione correttiva ed evolutiva.
  • Configurazione di flussi di accoglienza e logiche di instradamento per interazioni multicanale.
  • Configurazione di dashboard in tempo reale e report storici.
  • Manutenzione di integrazioni con sistemi di terze parti (CRM, TTS, voice/chat bot, ecc.).

Requisiti:

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline STEM.
  • Esperienza comprovata di almeno 3 anni nella manutenzione di soluzioni di contact center su Genesys Cloud CX o Genesys Engage.
  • Buona conoscenza del linguaggio SQL e dei più comuni database relazionali.
  • Competenze su sistemi operativi Linux e Windows.
  • Familiarità con le principali infrastrutture cloud (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Esperienza in progetti in contesti internazionali.
