PbJob Responsibilities
  • be responsible for direct sales expansion and business development of the company’s full product portfolio (LED displays, lighting, smart poles, all-in-one conference systems, and integrated visual solutions) in the Italian market.
  • Focus on developing and accessing key local resources that are not easily covered by the China-based team, including end users, major system integrators, consulting firms, and design institutes.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders to enable early-stage project engagement.
  • Proactively obtain and manage first‑hand project information, tracking and driving opportunities from early project stages.
  • Lead spec‑in activities at the early phase of projects by integrating the company’s products and solutions into design schemes, technical specifications, and tender documents.
  • Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle, including client communication, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, tender participation, and contract signing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, product, marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure competitive and localized solutions for customers.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities; provide timely market feedback to support the company’s strategic decision‑making.
  • Organize and participate in both online and offline marketing activities and industry events.
Qualification
  • based in Italy, with a Bachelor’s degree or above .3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience; experience in LED displays, AV systems, lighting, smart city solutions, or related industries is preferred
  • Strong direct sales and key account development capabilities, with the ability to independently develop and influence key clients
  • Existing local network with end users, major system integrators, consultants, or engineering companies is highly preferred
  • Familiar with project‑based sales processes, including tendering procedures and technical specification management xysqume
  • Proven experience in early‑stage project engagement (spec‑in), with the ability to influence project solutions and technical standards before tender release
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, capable of driving complex and long‑cycle projects to closure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Results‑oriented, highly self‑motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Fluent in both Italy and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong professional ethics and sense of responsibility; aligned with company culture and able to strictly maintain business confidentiality
