About the RoleYou lead the full biogas portfolio across Tuscany. You guide site teams, drive regional performance and build strong relationships with authorities, landowners and farmers. You act as the senior Plant Manager for the entire Tuscany cluster.What You’ll Do• Lead Plant Managers, engineers and supervisors across multiple sites• Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, institutions and regional partners• Engage landowners and farmers connected to biomass and site operations• Oversee KPIs across all plants including yield, output and efficiency• Handle escalations on engineering, operations and maintenance• Ensure full environmental and safety compliance across the region• Manage regional budgets and cost efficiency• Review operational data and drive improvement plans• Maintain presence across all plants, commuting across Tuscany when requiredWhat You Bring• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering• Experience in biogas or similar industrial plant operations• Strong leadership of technical and multi-site teams• Comfortable engaging authorities, landowners and farming partners• Fluent Italian and English• Clear communication, structure and initiativeProcess• HR interview focused on experience and alignment• Technical interview with the Head of Operations
