Information about Agilent is available at Your key responsibilities will include: Generating existing and/or new sales across different accounts & industry on your designated territory. Developing accounts and maintaining positive ongoing long‑term relationships with key customers. Acting to understand customer needs and identifying solutions to non‑standard tasks/queries to create business opportunities. Promoting and selling products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informing customers of new product introductions. Creating monitors and revising lead generation plans. Determining and developing approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/strategies. Leading projects requiring coordination with other functions and organizations. In this role you will be working remotely in combination with travel to customer sites across Central Italy, especially in the Lazio region but also across Umbria, Toscana and Emilia‑Romagna (a company car will be available to you). Qualifications University degree in Chemistry (preferably Analytical Chemistry or Biochemistry) or another Life Sciences‑related field. Experience in selling products and solutions to laboratory environments (preferably with a strong focus on the Pharma and Biopharma industries) and good knowledge of laboratory workflows. Good knowledge of analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectrometry and/or spectroscopy. Full proficiency in Italian and at least good level of English. Autonomous, outgoing and customer focused. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills to interact with many external and internal partners. Real can‑do attitude, resilience and a desire to help others. Flexible, adaptable, strong planning, organisational and time‑management skills. What we offer Permanent contract.
