Il Gruppo conta circa 900 dipendenti e 15 marchi. Service Automation Engineer – After Sales Responsabile dell’infrastruttura di servizio per i clienti. Reporta al Packaging Service Manager. Location: Parma (PR), Italia. Disponibilità a trasferte worldwide (circa 70‑100 giorni al anno). Responsabilità Effettuare attività di troubleshooting con assistenza, diagnostica e upgrades su richiesta del cliente da remoto e, se necessario, on site. Effettuare attività di assistenza tecnica elettronica da remoto in supporto alle attività di cantiere. Controllare e ripristinare, durante il ciclo di vita degli apparati e degli impianti di confezionamento, la conformità del funzionamento alle specifiche tecniche, alle normative sulla sicurezza degli utenti e sulla salvaguardia dell’ambiente. Qualifiche Laurea ingegneristica o diploma tecnico in ambito Meccatronico, Elettronico o dell’automazione. Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in business di riferimento su filler, pale, depal o linee di confezionamento. Conoscenza software PLC Siemens, Omron, Allen‑Bradley. Conoscenza base componentistica (strumentazione, inverter, valvole pneumatiche, ecc.). Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
