You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities, with a strong focus on the electrical scope, ensuring proper interfaces between engineering disciplines and alignment with project schedules during the engineering and early construction phases.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities, with a strong electrical focusManage engineering interfaces between internal teams, EPC partners, contractors, and external stakeholdersOrganize, lead, and follow up on engineering coordination meetingsTrack engineering progress and support schedule adherenceSupport technical decision-making and resolution of engineering and interface issuesInterface with construction and site teams when requiredEnsure proper documentation flow, consistency, and technical alignment across disciplinesAct as a key link between engineering, project management, and site executionWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar coordination roleProven experience in industrial EPC projectsOil & Gas project experience is strongly preferredSolid exposure to electrical engineering scope within EPC environmentsExperience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholdersBackground in engineering phase support, interface management, and early construction activitiesStrong communication and coordination skillsFluent in Italian and EnglishWe OfferJoin us at the right time to make your mark in a fast-growing organizationVarious missions and projects that will allow you to have a real impact on the companyThe ability to work autonomously and to drive new initiativesA career path adapted to your personality, both in terms of role and locationA strong culture, based on sharing, respect, ambition, and team spiritThe opportunity to manage teams and develop your area of expertise by leading one of our squadsDevelop your management and leadership skills, because, at Ekkiden, consultants look after the careers of other consultants.
