Position SummaryOur client is a fast-scaling e-commerce brand that has rapidly become a market leader in the outdoor living space. Since launching in 2022, they’ve doubled revenue year over year and are now on pace for mid-8-figure sales by 2026—with nine figures in sight.They’re looking for a Head of Growth to take full ownership of customer acquisition, lifecycle, and performance marketing. You’ll oversee a robust omnichannel growth engine, including DTC and B2B initiatives, and drive a well-funded media mix across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
