Im Team Brand Distribution Italy arbeiten wir daran, ein ausgewähltes Markenportfolio in den Kanälen Horeca und Traditional Trade strategisch weiterzuentwickeln und zu stärken. Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Brand Distribution Specialist für Channel Specific Brands. Deine Aufgaben Entwicklung der Sortimentstrategie für Horeca und Traditional Trade. Definition von Markenpositionierung, Produktportfolio und Preisstrategie. Analyse von Verkaufszahlen, Markttrends und Performancekennzahlen. Unterstützung von Marketing- und Trade-Marketing-Aktivitäten sowie Erstellung von POS-Materialien. Zusammenarbeit mit der Supply Chain für Planung, Bestandsmanagement und Produktverfügbarkeit. Pflege von Produktdaten, Dokumentationen und administrativen Prozessen. Austausch mit Brand Principals und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams. Mitarbeit bei der Auswahl neuer Marken und bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung. Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management oder Vertrieb von Vorteil. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie idealerweise SAP und Datenmanagement-Tools. Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen. Hohe Detailorientierung und gleichzeitig gutes Verständnis für Markt- und Markenstrategien. Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an Markenentwicklung und Sortimentgestaltung. Sehr gute Italienisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil.
