We’re Hiring: IT Services Manager We are looking for an experienced IT Services Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT services. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality service management, strong alignment with business needs, and excellent user experience. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end-to-end IT service delivery in line with ITIL best practicesEnsure service availability, performance, and compliance with agreed SLAsLead incident, problem, change, and service improvement processesAct as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholdersDrive continuous service improvement initiativesManage service reporting, KPIs, and risk mitigationCollaborate closely with IT Operations, Security, and Development teamsSupport vendor and third-party service management RequirementsProven experience as an IT Services Manager or similar ITSM roleStrong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL certification is a plus)Experience managing SLAs and service performanceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational executionExperience working in complex IT environmentsStrong problem-solving and leadership skills⭐ Nice to HaveExperience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC, etc.)Background in service improvement or transformation projectsExperience in regulated or enterprise environmentsWe encourage you to apply#J-18808-Ljbffr
