We’re Hiring: IT Services Manager We are looking for an experienced IT Services Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT services. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality service management, strong alignment with business needs, and excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end IT service delivery in line with ITIL best practices Ensure service availability, performance, and compliance with agreed SLAs Lead incident, problem, change, and service improvement processes Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders Drive continuous service improvement initiatives Manage service reporting, KPIs, and risk mitigation Collaborate closely with IT Operations, Security, and Development teams Support vendor and third-party service management Requirements Proven experience as an IT Services Manager or similar ITSM role Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL certification is a plus) Experience managing SLAs and service performance Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution Experience working in complex IT environments Strong problem-solving and leadership skills ⭐ Nice to Have Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC, etc.) Background in service improvement or transformation projects Experience in regulated or enterprise environments We encourage you to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
