Volkswagen Bank GmbH - ITALY Milan, Lombardy, Italy Legal Activities Volkswagen Bank is looking for a resource to join the Legal Department. The selected candidate must have a strong focus on legal matters and will be responsible for the following activities: Support in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents; Support in updating company powers of attorney; Support in managing relationships with external consultants (lawyers, notaries), ensuring compliance with internal procedures and defined contractual terms; Support in handling legal disputes against the company; Support in managing customer inquiries related to reports made to Credit Information Systems (SIC); Support in managing third-party garnishments; Support in handling requests for bank verification, both administrative and criminal; Support in managing customer legal complaints in coordination with other departments, and in handling appeals to the Financial Banking Arbitrator (ABF) and reports to the Bank of Italy; Support in handling complaints from the Bank of Italy; Support and assistance to the Head of Legal in his/her role as Data Protection Officer. Position Requirements And Personal Skills Knowledge of applicable regulations; Degree in Law or a related field; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Strong ability to manage stress and work towards goals; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
