Per conto di un nostro cliente, siamo alla ricerca di un ServiceNow Consultant da inserire su un progetto in ambito Application Management Services (AMS).La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Platform Owner, supportando le attività operative quotidiane e le evoluzioni della piattaforma ServiceNow.ResponsabilitàSupporto alle attività di gestione ed evoluzione della piattaforma ServiceNowConfigurazione e sviluppo di funzionalità in ambito ServiceNow ITSMCollaborazione con il Platform Owner e gli stakeholder di businessContributo al miglioramento continuo dei processi di IT Service ManagementAttività di supporto e ottimizzazione in contesto AMSQualifiche3–4 anni di esperienza su ServiceNow ITSMEsperienza hands-on in configurazione e sviluppo sulla piattaforma ServiceNowConoscenza di altri strumenti ITSM (es.
