Responsibilities Market identification: understand trends, general outlook, development opportunities, potential customers and competitors strategies. New product development: co‑develop in sync with the R&D and Product Marketing teams the targeted solution. New lead generation: support the development of business related to newly identified solutions via trusted relationships with clients and business partners. Market penetration: in collaboration with the Marketing Department prepare go‑to‑market material (product promotion, sampling, participation in key industry events). Market monitoring: stay informed and track emerging market trends and opportunities adopting a future‑forward mindset. Foster an entrepreneurial growth culture: promote and maintain a culture of innovation and growth throughout the company and across all teams. Qualifications Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields. At least 10 years experience in Product Marketing, Technical, Customer Service or Business Development roles. Experience in the technical paper industry. Effective communication with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions. Strive for excellence with a concrete mindset. Entrepreneurial mindset and strong results orientation. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus. Availability to travel extensively to meet customers. Selection Process Interview with HRBP, Sales & Marketing, Marketing Director, R&D Director, HR Director, Executive Vice‑President. Location Europe with frequent travel to HQ and plants in Italy.
