Job Description We are looking for a strategic, resourceful Account Management Specialist to nurture long‑term relationships with our enterprise merchants. The role is the first point of contact after the integration process, providing valuable business insights and acting as the voice of our product. Responsibilities Grow a portfolio of existing merchants by identifying expansion opportunities and cross‑upselling Checkout’s value‑add services. Deliver expertise, education, and guidance to merchants as they craft and complete a global payments strategy. Analyse payment performance and provide optimization recommendations. Understand our products, services, and partner networks to leverage them for merchant needs. Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Support, Legal, Engineering and other teams to ensure an outstanding merchant experience. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Success in the FinTech, Payments, or e‑commerce sector. Experience within FinTech/Payments industry preferred. Strategic problem‑solving and excellent project‑management skills. Knowledge of current e‑commerce and payment technologies, players, and future trends. Customer‑centric approach with strong relationship‑building skills. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and balance multiple opportunities concurrently. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and influence stakeholders.
