Specialist, Account Management (Mandarin Speaking)Company: Checkout.comLocation: London (HQ)Employment type: Full timePosted 30+ Days AgoJob Requisition ID: R****Checkout.com is a global payments platform that powers billions of transactions every year.With 19 offices across six continents, we enable businesses to grow and customers to experience seamless payments.Oversight of enterprise merchant relationships is vital to our success.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic, resourceful Account Management Specialist to nurture long-term relationships with our enterprise merchants.The role is the first point of contact after the integration process, providing valuable business insights and acting as the voice of our product.ResponsibilitiesGrow a portfolio of existing merchants by identifying expansion opportunities and cross-upselling Checkout's value-add services.Deliver expertise, education, and guidance to merchants as they craft and complete a global payments strategy.Analyse payment performance and provide optimization recommendations.Understand our products, services, and partner networks to leverage them for merchant needs.Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Support, Legal, Engineering and other teams to ensure an outstanding merchant experience.Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Success in the FinTech, Payments, or e-commerce sector.Experience within FinTech/Payments industry preferred.Strategic problem-solving and excellent project-management skills.Knowledge of current e-commerce and payment technologies, players, and future trends.Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.Ability to adapt to changing requirements and balance multiple opportunities concurrently.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders.Benefits & CultureCheckout.com offers a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office.We provide ownership, fewer blockers, and meaningful challenges from day one.Diversity and inclusion are core values, and we support a flexible, supportive environment for all employees.To apply, please let us know if you need any accommodations to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.#J-*****-Ljbffr
