QVC Group, Inc. è una società Fortune 500 con sei marchi leader nel settore retail – QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® e Grandin Road.La tua opportunità, il tuo teamIl Supervisor Broadcast Operators supporta QVC e, a diretto riporto del Broadcast Operations Manager, si occupa di coordinare parte delle risorse inserite all’interno delle regie garantendo la qualità della nostra produzione TV e delle dirette quotidiane tramesse.Questo ruolo è in sede e richiede la presenza quotidiana presso i nostri uffici e studi televisivi di Brugherio (MB).E’ un ruolo che prevede una turnazione su 7 giorni settimanali a rotazione (lunedì/domenica - fasce orarie tra le 7:00 e le 23:00).Sarai il punto di riferimento del Manager Broadcast Operations per il coordinamento del team live composto principalmente da figure tecniche (Technical Operators e Live Graphics).Parteciperai attivamente alle riunioni di produzione incontrando varie aree aziendali per rispondere al meglio agli obiettivi di produzione.Collaborerai con il team dei registi con l’obiettivo di garantire la miglior show live experience per QVC Italia e per le nostre clienti.Pianificherai a breve e medio termine i flussi di lavoro del team nelle diverse attività quotidiane coordinando le mansioni in caso di guasti tecnici o eventi imprevisti (es. sostituzioni turni, malattie...).Sarai referente per tutte le questioni operative del reparto (organizzazione pre-registrazioni, richieste grafiche, implementazione format...).Ti occuperai dell’organizzazione e conduzione delle attività relative alla formazione del personale a te assegnato (tecnica, sicurezza...).Diploma tecnico o Laurea Triennale attinente (Tecnologie per la Comunicazione/Televisione e Nuovi Media - non obbligatoria).Solida esperienza nell’uso di apparecchiature broadcast - comprensione tecnica ed operativa.Ottima conoscenza di ottiche, design dell’immagine, grafica e illuminazione con spiccata capacità di valutazione del linguaggio televisivo.Buona conoscenza di ambienti e tecnologie di produzione digitale moderna (mixer audio e video).Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative con approccio orientato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.Buona capacità di problem solving nel gestire le dinamiche ed i tempi del broadcasting.Esperienza nella gestione di tutte le aree operative della regia (es. Operatore tecnico, operatore telecamere remotate, audio e grafica).Elevate capacità di coordinamento durante i live shows (capacità di leadership e gestione persone).#J-18808-Ljbffr
