Sunprime è un produttore indipendente di energia rinnovabile che, con un portafoglio operativo di oltre 240 impianti fotovoltaici per un totale di oltre 230 MW, è in continua espansione. L'azienda è attiva nello sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici su tutto il territorio nazionale, con un focus sul segmento commerciale e industriale (C&I), su impianti a terra in aree industriali e su sistemi di accumulo di energia elettrica (Battery Energy Storage Systems – BESS).In un contesto di forte crescita e con l'obiettivo di potenziare il team di Asset Management, Sunprime è alla ricerca di un / a Asset Manager, che, riportando direttamente all'Head of Asset Management, si occuperà della gestione operativa e amministrativa del portafoglio di impianti FV e BESS della società su tutto il territorio nazionale.La risorsa sarà coinvolta sia nelle attività di handover e messa in esercizio dei nuovi impianti, sia nella gestione ordinaria e operativa degli impianti esistenti, con particolare attenzione al portafoglio BESS.Responsabilità principali Supervisione delle performance operative degli impianti, con particolare attenzione agli asset BESS, garantendo il rispetto dei contratti operativi in essere e massimizzando produttività e redditività.Predisposizione della reportistica mensile, con analisi delle performance e degli eventuali scostamenti rispetto ai target previsti; redazione dei report trimestrali e semestrali richiesti dai contratti di finanziamento.Gestione della compliance normativa e regolatoria (ARERA, GSE, E-Distribuzione, Terna).Coordinamento degli adempimenti burocratici e predisposizione della documentazione necessaria per l'ottenimento delle licenze d'officina elettrica presso le agenzie delle dogane competenti.Gestione e monitoraggio delle verifiche obbligatorie sugli impianti (verifica impianti di terra, taratura contatori, verifiche delle protezioni elettriche).Controllo della contabilità gestionale su base trimestrale e annuale.Supporto nella gestione di claims, sinistri e interferenze operative, interfacciandosi con proprietari, assicuratori ed enti preposti.Supervisione dei contratti O&MRequisiti e competenze richieste : Laurea in Ingegneria o Economia.Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di asset nel settore fotovoltaico.Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, sia scritta che parlata.Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative.Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione interdisciplinare.#J-18808-Ljbffr
