Cosa farai?

Stiamo selezionando consulenti per ampliare il nostro gruppo che supporta il nostro cliente in ambito chimico.

In particolare, l’attività prevede di supportare la divisione Global Telecom che si occupa di definire, per i plant produttivi e gli uffici a livello globale.

L’obiettivo è modernizzare e adeguare tutti gli elementi di connettività. Dovrà collaborare molto in lingua inglese con gruppi internazionali. Quali attività potrà svolgere tra le tante:

  • Infrastruttura Voce Fissa: lavorerà all'evoluzione dell'infrastruttura Fixed Voice: passaggio dai telefoni fissi ai soft phone, spostamento dell'infrastruttura PBX globale IP nel Cloud, ottimizzazione dell'infrastruttura locale Fixed Voice;
  • Gestione del servizio di RAS (remote access service - VPN),
  • Inventory e ottimizzazione delle linee: c’è una rete LAN / WAN con fibre ottiche, switch, Cisco come installazioni;
  • Altri servizi: gestione della parte di private APN e private LTE (4G); e della rete Industrial WiFi; e supporto al gruppo IoT sulla parte applicativa, sensori e network 5G; telefonia mobile di gruppo.
  • Eseguirà le revisioni del servizio per garantire la soddisfazione del cliente e il rispetto dei KPI; analizzerà i requisiti dei clienti per i progetti e l'evoluzione dei servizi.

✍️ Cosa Richiediamo?

  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ambito Telecomunicazioni.
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese e italiana.
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Telecomunicazioni è considerata un plus.
