Per azienda cliente del settore industriale, con stabilimenti produttivi in Italia e all’estero, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di un / una Work Analysis Specialist. Cerchiamo una figura esperta nell’analisi del lavoro e nell’ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi, con competenze tecniche avanzate e capacità di gestire progetti complessi in contesti industriali. È fondamentale essere già in possesso di certificazioni MTM ed essere disponibili ad effettuare trasferte di breve durata, in Europa. Responsibilities Analisi e stima dei tempi di lavorazione (manuali e automatici) con tecniche MTM (UAS, MEK, EAWS) e cronometro. Definizione e approvazione dei tempi standard (Actual, Punctual & Standard) e creazione di data‑blocks con UAS e MEK. Bilanciamento linee, calcolo delle allowances ergonomiche e proposte per ridurre inefficienze. Classificazione delle attività (VAA, SVAA, NVAA) e piani per la riduzione progressiva delle NVAA. Analisi capacità produttiva, identificazione colli di bottiglia e dimensionamento linee e aree di lavoro. Implementazione piani di produttività e supporto ai plant per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di efficienza. Collaborazione con Finance, HR e Industrial Relations per definizione tempi standard, costi di manodopera e classificazioni contrattuali. Utilizzo di sistemi IT dedicati (TiCon, RADA Vision, Time C, SAP, MES, MDO). Supporto in progetti di start‑up, variazioni di volumi e re‑analisi in caso di modifiche di metriche. Your Profile Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Industriale, Meccanica o affini). 2‑5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Work Analysis. Certificazioni MTM obbligatorie : UAS, MEK, Ergo‑UAS (EAWS). MTM‑Logistics è un plus. Conoscenza del Lean toolkit (VSM, 5S, Kanban, SMED, error proofing, ecc.). Inglese fluente (Francese è un plus). Ottima padronanza di Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint. Flessibilità, capacità di lavorare in team e disponibilità a trasferte fino al 50%. Certificazione Belt (o simili) è un plus come evidenza di implementazione Lean. Forte attitudine al miglioramento continuo.
