If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us.As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Junior Operations Assistant, to join our Sales team based in our Milan office.The roleThe Sales Operations Assistant role will cover a wide range of admin tasks, liaising with multiple departments within the company and providing support to the Regional Country Manager. The role will:support the Regional Country Manager with a number of admin tasksassist with the creation of PowerPoint presentationswork on different Excel reports, using pivot tables and analysing Sales dataensure all relevant documentation has been received/presented to customers, check legal documentsinteract with the Sales department and support with back office activitiesmanaging the relationship with different BU (Legal, Finance, Delivery)take charge of sales queries and requests (commercial negotiations, payment discounts or extensions etc.)Who are we?MotorK is the leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, specialising in the automotive sector.
